Participate 4.1.3 Digital Health Quest

Below is a screen shot of my google calendar. It shows frequent breaks to climb stairs, walk, and do yoga. It also shows my daily goal of 10,000 steps. If I get 10,000 steps each day help to increase my commitment to digital health and wellness. The best way to ensure a balanced blend of technology and well-being is to set specific times for breaks as well as times for technology use.  For instance check email at 7:30am, 10:30am, 1:30am, and 7:30 pm. In addition, setting times for breaks such as walking the stairs at work or stretching can also be beneficial. For students, safeguarding good health can be as simple as downloading an app that records your technology use. Set a healthy technology use goal each day and stay under that goal.
